Breaking into esports is like trying to slip into a tight space in a rocky wall. With patience, strategy, and a little luck, you might find a crack to wiggle into your niche.
But when we set out to create an event for Teamfight Tactics to shine, we did it the TFT way: crash-landed in Las Vegas, unleashed mayhem, and in three days blasted a big fat hole in the esports scene, all for our players.
Step into the light
The first-ever live in-person event marked a coming-of-age moment for Teamfight Tactics. In this open-bracket event, 512 players from all over the world and all walks of life were invited to take their shot on the big stage.
The show opening ceremony, headlined by TFT’s beloved Little Legends, Pengu and Choncc, celebrates every competitor for stepping onto the big stage, drawing inspiration from some of Vegas’ most iconic films.
The film features each player in a “style takeover” moment, a unique animation style that reflects their individual play style and personality, showcasing the competitive diversity unfolding at the event.
At the end of an intense, gritty climb through chaos, the Tactician’s belt awaits the last player standing.
